Khusbhu is from the western part of Nepal. She wants to contribute to everything. She is always the first to raise her hand and say, “I will do it.” She is always smiling and is fun to be around. In her community it has been said that girls can’t do anything. But she wants to break through those glass ceilings and prove the stigma wrong. She plans to start her own business.

Sponsorship Covenant Sponsorship Covenant I will encourage and support my sponsored entrepreneur as a individual and an entrepreneur. I will regularly remind her that she is seen, known and valuable. I will strive to write my sponsored entrepreneur monthly, but never less than quarterly. I understand that if I fail to do this for a rolling 3 quarters that I will move from sponsor status to donor status and will no longer have the opportunity to communicate with my sponsored entrepreneur. I am aware that many cultural differences exist and therefore something that may seem innocuous to me may not be viewed that way by my sponsored entrepreneur or partner organizations. I understand that if this happens, I will be notified by The Constellation Coalition and that portion of my letter will not be forwarded on to my sponsored entrepreneur. I commit to sponsoring my sponsored entrepreneur for a minimum of 2 years. After 2 years, I will evaluate with my sponsored entrepreneur and The Constellation Coalition as to whether further sponsorship is needed and wanted. I am a woman over 18 years of age.
