Women’s Empowerment
We invest in women because global research proves that entire communities benefit and flourish when women are empowered. We help women grow into strong leaders who will understand their value, discover their gifts, use their voice with confidence, and change their communities.
Vocational Training
We believe empowering women to earn a sustainable income is the most effective way to end poverty. We do this by investing in women in developing countries, assisting them to start and grow businesses, develop vocational skills, increase their capacity, and gain confidence. By creating more businesses and developing more skilled workers, entire communities can grow and rise above poverty.
Relational Connections
We believe that a mutual exchange through relationships can change the world. We connect women entrepreneurs in developing countries with women sponsors who encourage and support each other by developing long-term relationships. Being seen, known, and loved connects the entrepreneurs and sponsors in a global sisterhood and strengthens their confidence in reaching their goals.
